Rose Assisted Living Facilities operates three homes in Wasilla, and Day Habilitation is one of the ways each home supports the people in its care. Activities can be adapted to a person’s abilities, pace and interests, so taking part feels natural and not forced.

Waiver programs help people who meet an institutional level of care receive support in the community. Our homes accept both waivers shown here. Income limits and eligibility requirements apply.
