Rosealf

Our Mission

To give every resident a safe, comfortable and welcoming home where they can live a fulfilling, dignified life, with care that fits who they are.

Why Rose Assisted Living Facilities exists

Rose Assisted Living Facility, LLC is committed to improving the lives of people living with delayed or interrupted intellectual and physical development. We believe every person deserves respect, independence and a place that feels like home.

Our caregivers provide individualized, person-centered support that looks after physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. We encourage friendships, daily activities and meaningful connections, so residents belong to a community and not just a building.

Moving a loved one into care is never an easy decision. We aim to make it feel safer by listening to families, involving residents in their own care, and being honest and responsive every day.

What guides our care

These commitments apply in all three of our homes, every day of the week.

Dignity and respect

Each resident is treated with compassion, and their unique needs, choices and preferences are honored.

Person-centered care

Every resident has an individualized care plan built around their abilities, goals and daily routines.

Safety and security

Safe, secure surroundings with awake caregivers, call lights in each room and on-call nursing.

Community and belonging

Games, arts, outings and shared meals help residents build friendships and feel at home.

Service

As a veteran owned and operated company, we put service and lasting relationships first.

Honest partnership

We work with families, guardians, care coordinators and healthcare providers so everyone is on the same page.

How we put it into practice

Our homes support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our team is trained to deliver steady, high-quality daily support, including:

One mission, three homes

Each home has its own character, and all of them share the same standard of care.

Arctic Rose

5 bed IDD female residence

An IDD assisted living home with compassionate staff available 24/7, supporting daily activities, medication management and engaging social programs.

Briar Rose

10 bed waiver residence

A recently remodeled 10 bedroom home in the Matanuska-Susitna Valley, with personalized care, nutritious meals and a full schedule of activities.

Comfort Rose

5 bed IDD male residence

A comfortable, nurturing home where residents receive personalized assistance from caregivers and 24-hour on-call nursing.

Making care reachable

Waiver programs allow people who meet an institutional level of care to receive support in a community or assisted living home instead of a nursing facility. The Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) waiver and the Alaskans Living Independently (ALI) waiver are accepted at Arctic Rose and Briar Rose.

A care coordinator can help you understand eligibility and choose services. Our team is happy to point you in the right direction.
